This notice is to inform our patients that the Practice Boundary Change application has been approved by Gloucestershire ICB. Many thanks to the hundreds of messages of support we received when asking for feedback on this!
The map on our facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/YorkleyandBreamHealthCentre) shows the area from which we no longer accept registrations (the red shaded area surrounding Coalway, Coleford, Broadwell, Berry Hill, Five Acres, Hillersland etc) and the area where we now accept them (the light grey area surrounding Soudley, Awre, Blakeney, Etloe etc).
We would like to reassure patients currently registered with us in the red area will NOT be de-registered or asked to register at another Practice.
The practice boundary on our page will be updated in due course.
