We can now confirm our vaccine clinics at Yorkley Community Centre are set up for to following dates:
- Thursday 16th December: 11am to 5:30pm
- Friday 17th December: 11am to 5:30pm
- Saturday 18th December: 11am to 4:00pm
- Monday 20th December: 9am to 5:30pm
We will shortly be sending out text invites to eligible patients with mobile contact numbers on their notes. The link in the text invite will allow you to book your booster appointment in one of the above clinics.
Only patients registered at Yorkley Health Centre will be eligible for a vaccine. We cannot vaccinate patients from other surgeries.
If you already have an appointment at another vaccine centre, or have received a booster in the last 24 hours, please ignore the text!
We have are being supplied with 1000 booster doses of Moderna Vaccine. However, there are currently 1800 patients eligible at Yorkley for a booster dose. We are hoping to add further clinics if more doses become available and will keep you updated. Boosters can still be organised via 119 or via the walk in clinics at Cinderford Vaccine Centre for those that cannot make the above dates.
